Listen Lanarkshire is a community radio station that enthusiastically welcomes all to contribute to its operation.
We offer opportunities to individuals, groups and a sense of belonging to the whole community of the local area (the Greater Fortissat area, plus Fauldhouse).
The station promotes equality, being inclusive, diverse and representative of all.
Listen Lanarkshire offers factual, trustworthy, honest, reliable and locally relevant output.
Listen Lanarkshire has been in operation in one form or another for around 10 years.
The station has operated from The Shotts Healthy Living Centre as an online only community radio station before obtatining an OfCom FM Community Radio licence and moving to Springhill Community Hub - broadcasting both on 107.7 FM as well as online. Currently it is funded by National Lottery Young Start and is run by a combination of Getting Better Together staff and dedicated volunteers.
